Either you or your worker / carer / Family member can call the office and ask to speak to the Manager, Client Services (see the Contact Us page).
A meeting will be organised to meet with you (and for you to meet with us) and discuss your program options. At this meeting, we can either finalise your program (If you have looked at the information on the Web Site), or you can take information away with you to make further choices (eg. the Program Booklet - see the Resources Page).
If needed, we can have another meeting to finalise things like start times and days, and costs.
